Product and Operations Manager


  • Responsible for business management tasks, both in the administrative and technical field, contributing my knowledge and experience advising collaborators in their daily tasks, in their different roles.
  • I have built at least five solutions from scratch in the last two years, with the purpose of supporting decision making in credit analysis, document management, application integration and multi-channel interaction. Each design covered the product, development plans, time evolution, and marketing strategy.
  • I managed software development teams for the implementation and support of the projects carried out in the organization for its clients.


TSO Presales Manager


  • Responsible for the planning and quoting of implementation services of e-Procurement SaaS projects for clients in the Latin American area and the United States.
  • I designed the Pre-Sales process for TSO (Technical Services Operations), considering the different actors involved in it.


Presales Technical Consultant Data & Analytics


  • Responsible for technical and business consulting in the sales processes of information, data and analytical systems services for both Costa Rica and other countries in the Central American region and Mexico.
  • I led software development teams for custom solutions and modification to existing services and products in the area of credit evaluation, prospecting and analytics.
  • In charge of redesigning the Pre-Sales process for the area, defining the activities, sequences and expected products of the entire cycle, supporting it with tools such as Jira.
  • I developed credit policy requirements and design workshops for various clients, helping them to better understand their business and, based on this, adjust their credit analysis and approval processes.


Tech Solutions Architect


  • Collaborated in a leading team in the field of ITSM (IT Service Management) and Business Automation, understanding customer demands and adjusting them to the IBM software product portfolio. My focus for these solutions included multi-channel projects, BPM, transactional data, business continuity, and technology services.
  • Managed to achieve the goals and objectives established by GBM during the exercise of my position in a sustained manner.
